[HOT] Microgrants 2018: winners announced!

grants... I helped to review proposals and there was really strong
competition.

It's my pleasure to announce the eight winners of the Microgrants this
year! We've now reached 31 OSM communities worldwide to receive funding
from HOT to support the growth and sustainability of local mapping.
